Coronavirus Infects Relationships too!

We were living our life with freedom in 2019..we could go out, we could eat anywhere, we could sit anywhere..we could shop anywhere we wanted..there was no one stopping us. Till the year 2019, movie theatres were the way we watched movies..gyms were the way we exercised and malls were the way we shopped.

But, we were attacked by the deadly Coronavirus. The Covid 19 virus has been nothing but a pain for all of us..the pain of losing our loved ones..the pain of losing our freedom..the pain of losing ourselves. This virus has changed our lives upside down and how...

1) The unabashed life: We used to go anywhere we wanted, at whatever time we liked and with anyone we wished. .but as the course of this deadly virus progressed, we were unwillingly forced to stay back at home. There were curfews and lockdowns imposed and we were locked in our own homes. This caused us to face a lot of troubles spending our time at home with the same people every day. In fact, even the people who work at an office have to work from home.

The solution: I am well aware that it is not easy to pull off these days without any major mental trauma or any mental issues..so it is better to keep yourselves busy as much as you can. You now have a lot of time on your plate to pursue a hobby that you wanted to..or you can form bonds with your family or do something that you really like. In case you feel that you are facing some mental issues or some problems are overwhelming you, you can surely consult a psychiatrist..it will prove to be of great help.

2) The way we go out: Even if we step out of the house during Corona, we have to cover our noses and mouths with a mask..of course, to save ourselves from the killer virus in the air. The way we step out has now changed..as earlier we never needed special tools to save ourselves, but now we need a mask, a sanitizer, and whatnot. We certainly cannot go out openly without it. We need to be careful about touching foreign surfaces and in case we do, sanitation has become a must.

The solution: Follow the social distancing rules and regulations laid by your government because it's for your own good, for your own benefit. Sanitize multiple surfaces. Also, keep yourself safe and healthy.

3) Our relationships: Staying together in the same house day after day..minute after minute sometimes can lead to some problems in your relationship. Mostly with married couples as they tend to fight more just because of clashing interests and excessive burden of household chores as well as professional work.

The solution: If you are having problems in your married life especially during Covid-19, opting for online marriage counseling in India (the divorce rate in India has gone up during the pandemic) can do wonders for your relationship.

Facing these problems are inevitable..but remember that every problem has a definite solution, so do not feel defeated and seek help in extreme cases.
